Registration Information

Delegate Registration

All attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the Meeting.  Registered delegates will receive the following:

  • Delegate bag including the programme and other associated materials
  • Name badge permitting access to all sessions
  • Lunch and refreshment breaks on the days attended
  • Complimentary admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday 3rd June
  • Option to purchase a ticket for the Gala Dinner on Friday 5th June

Accompanying Guests

All accompanying guests must be registered. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the drinks reception. The Accompanying Guest Fee includes:

  • Name badge permitting access to the following events, but NOT Meeting sessions
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday 3rd June
  • Option to purchase a ticket for the Gala Dinner on Friday 5th June

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times (exact timings to be confirmed):

Wednesday 3rd June 0800 hours - 1900 hours
Thursday 4th June 0800 hours - 1900 hours
Friday 5th June 0800 hours - 1800 hours
Saturday 6th June 0800 hours - 1600 hours
